Carlsen has less than 3 mins for 11 moves and is clearly looking agitated.......
3 moves played one after another and it's +6.6 for Vishy......, less than 2 mins for 8 moves for Carlsen......

Just let him squirm for a bit, while you take your time to make the precise move....
Ready to resign Carlsen??
what a turnaround this is going to be for Anand - with a comeback win right after the loss in game 2!!

Vishy brings home the point, great comeback win after last round's loss.... Great homecooking...., most of it contributed to the win.....
No quick onboard analysis as Magnus marches off the board immediately afterwards... Sore loser.......

Fantastic!!! Anand strikes back. Hopefully this will convince Carlsen to try something other than a Grunfeld next time he plays black. He's milked the Grunfeld to great effect going back to the last series & Anand hasn't had much luck breaching it.
Anand must try to at least draw tomorrow with black. It is probably too early in the series for Carlsen to uncork any unconventional opening, so hopefully Anand can pull this off.

Vishy . Excellent comeback immediately after a bad loss. Next game will be crucial as Carson will try to come back all guns blazing with white.

Nice job by Vishy to draw even after 3 games: 1.5 points to each now!

Finally! First win over Carlsen in classical game after 2010.

#CarlsenAnand Game 2 - Carlsen broke down the Berlin wall
Game 3 - Anand broke the mental wall!
Match on!!

Game 4 - first time control at 40 moves is done. Looking like a draw, although Carlsen is trying to squeeze water out of rock.
Good defense from Anand with black pieces, so far.

Doesn't look like a draw to my untrained eye, looks like a win for white, but the computer says that it is a draw.
