I thought I’ll watch and jinx the jinx but her match is not being shown. Is that correct? They’re showing two Japanese women playing instead.

No the match was there on live stream. I only watched the very end from 4-4 in the third.

I also watched from around same time, watched Vaidehi hold with some decent serving at 4-4 and 5-5, but she had no energy in return games at 5-4 and 6-5, also missed too many shots in tie break. Vaidehi needed to win the match when she was 5-3 in second set. Towards the end, Sema was not missing much and it was Vaidehi who was making errors.

Anyway, Vaidehi will move up to a new career high of close to 400 . Missed opportunity to close out matches last week and this week which could have taken her higher. But, hope she comes back better from this.

Can a mod update the title to include Nov please?

Next week at W50 Brisbane, we will have SRB, Ankita, Vaidehi all in main draw. SRB/Vaidehi will be in the doubles draw, and Ankita might sign-in on-site with a partner. None of them will be seeded in singles, so will be happy with a R1 win from all 3 players in singles. :goodluck:

I wonder if SRB will draw Gaby Da Silva Fick for the 4th time this year :D

Added November to the title thread. There are 2 W50's and one W75 in this series in Australia. The entry list is quite tough though.

Based on current rankings, Shrivalli is likely to be seeded 8th as Japanese who is 8th in entry list has fallen to 311 in rankings.
