Semi final -

Mai EL KAMASH (EGY) (2) defeated Spurti SHIVALINGAIAH (IND) (8) 6-0 6-1

Final -

Sowjanya BAVISETTI (IND) (3) defeated Mai EL KAMASH (EGY) (2) 6-3 4-6 6-2

Good to see Sowjanya winning the title beating 2 foreign opponents in SF & F.

On boys side, both last week's winner Arjun Kadhe & top seed Vinod Gowda lost in the QF. Together , they went on to win the doubles title .

She skipped this week's tournament in Germany ... Hoping for not serious injury issue and she will play in last tournament on this tour at Belgium in next week.


It seems Rutuja still affected by injury as she also skipped this week's tournament.

But, this week on boys side , 12 year old Basil Khuma is shining.

Basil Khuma lost to the Belgian player 26 26 in the SF & also lost in the doubles final. But, still a kid to keep a watch in juniors.
