True. Apart from winning those matches, it is also important important for him to play at this level even against lower player week in & week out. Only if he shows that consistency he can get into top 300 in the rankings & get him into challangers on regular basis.

Jay, is Sunil still working with Harshul when the opportunity presents itself? I know Harshul is very busy that's why I am putting that opportunity bit in.

Incidently Sunil playing against Krajicek in doubles also ... Considering Sunil's recent performances I feel match against Krajicek is tricky one ... Go Sunil.

At $10K USA F19, Godfrey, IL

[R1] RUBIN Michael (USA)/ SIPAEYA Sunil-Kumar (IND) vs KRAJICEK Austin (USA)/ POLLOCK Conor (USA)

How is it that Sunil gives a close fight against a top 200 player in ATP qualifying & then loses to a player ranked above 900 in streight sets just about two weeks later ? Such inconsistency in his game is preplexing.

This is depressing indeed.  Sunil has a lot of talent, but is timid on the court (as in life) and allows his opponent to dictate the match.  He could use a good sports psychologist.

Unbelievable that we didn't have any post on in this thread for the last 7 to 8 months.

Anyways, he is playing at the Canada F1 futures and lost in the second round (qualifying) to Vincent Stouff of France! This is a very very poor performance. He got a bye in the first round. What happened to SKS?

Sunil is in the worst form of his life. He is not getting any wins at all . Losing to lower ranked players , unranked players , all & sundry. It is difficult to say when & how he can snap this streak.

I am not sure if we should call it form! May be with bad form you can lose to a player who is ranked 100 or 200 places below you, but not like what SKS is doing. He lost his game and I don't know how he is going to regain it!
