Anything less than a top 2 finish in this champions trophy, all the previous wins means nothing. That too with a second string team from germany participating in this tournament, this is india's best chance to have her best showing in this tournament.
Go India. Go Dhanraj

In the last few days, they were talking too much about the tendency to let last minute goals in. I think sometimes our sportsmen think too much about non-existent ghosts and create the ghosts.

How the hell can they give up two goals in the last minute. this is ridiculous. This defeat is going to make or break this team. If our indian team can win from this position, this will give them great boost.

I saw large portions of the India - Netherlands match which was telecast in India
on Ten Sports. On a positive note, this team is for real and has a good chance
of doing well in the tournament. However, there were a couple of negatives as well.
First, the behaviour of the Indian players, captain Dhanraj Pillay included, was downright disgusting.
While it is okay to protest against poor decisions, it is not
okay to badger the referee. For instance, the equaliser was a disputed one.
Television replays could not give a definite answer. But the referee was in position to make the call and the Indian players should accept it. Second, there was an overenthusiatic celebration after the third goal was scored. It was as if the Indian
players decided that the game was over and all they had to do was to wait for
time to run out. In such cases, it is useful to let sleeping giants(such as Netherlands) lie rather than get prodded into action.
All in all, a better attitude would have resulted in a win or atleast a draw. At 3-3
Dhanraj got a yellow card and then India was down to 10 men.
PS: I decided not to watch the second match vs Germany!
