Surprisingly, this week at Indore is a much tougher with Sahaja who was 5th seed last time, not even being seeded here. There are at least 3-4 foreign players who are coming in just for 1 week to India. Have never seen this happen before. So, looks like more and more foreign players are ready to travel to India which is good although it would mean stronger fields to encounter for our players.

Yes, but I expected Maaya to pull off that upset but she may need some more time before pulling off those wins at senior level.

Yes, excellent upset win by Shrivalli. But, that was the only upset win for us. Unfortunately, Vaidehi and Vaishnavi lost after winning the first set.

Well if Shrivalli could defeat a 175 ranked player with the loss of only 3 games, then this win is not totally unexpected. It would just seem that she is on the way to being our next big thing (after Sania)
