I have decided to ignore the nonsense. Giving up. So, there will be peace, Jay. :-) Don't know how long but for now. Maybe finally growing up. :-)

Absolutely!

Interesting that the conjugation/declension in the third word does not carry over to Bangla. Otherwise, the words do although the last word is rarely used and is perhaps deprecated. Order of the adjective would also swap with the noun.

^^^ Actually I believe the adjective-first order also can work in Sanskrit, but then it will be one word. "samastalOkA sukhinO bhavantu" (I think that is why there is technically a ":" or "h" as in "lOkA:" in the above form; I didn't write it above)

YES! And it isn't off-topic. @sameer could you please do the honours?? The World Cup is being played in the West Indies and US -- not Canada.
Haha, I guess Sameer also has no interest in cricket, so hasn't looked at the thread for weeks, like me. Apologies from us Mods.
I do glance at Cricket threads once in a while. But, somehow missed this. There is already so much cricket discussion all around here in media and everywhere that do not go thru cricket threads in detail here except a few times maybe around world cup. :D

Team might not need an express fast bowler in T20WC, unless he has got change up deliveries. As per CPL stats, pacers who relies on slowers & cutters going to be lethal in these tracks. Bumrah, Arshadeep, Yash Thakur and Mohit could come in the side as he has given performances in last two season, and has got the art in bowling on slow & low tracks of Chennai & Motera. Dube should be given to bowl few overs, to provide some depth in batting line up. One among Ravi Bishnoi & Chahal must for WC

Swann, Ajmal with his chucking action and surprisingly Steve Smith had success in last edition of T20 WC held in Caribbean in 2010 https://www.espncricinfo.com/records/to ... -2010-5195

^^^
"Really don't mind if you sit this one out.
My words but a whisper your deafness a SHOUT.
I may make you feel but I can't make you think.
Your sperm's in the gutter your love's in the sink.
So you ride yourselves over the fields and
you make all your animal deals and
your wise men don't know how it feels to be thick as a brick."

....

(written by Ian Anderson, Jethro Tull... Theme song of album Thick as a brick, 1972) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9bk2MrMGaA

I don't know what all the Jethro Tull lines meant, but it sounds like insults that you all can use at each other :)

We can make a team of all wicketkeepers since competition is so stiff led by the venerable Dhoni. And, we know at least Dhoni can bowl. This is how it looks. Quite a team:

Samson, Ishan, Pant, Dhoni, Jitesh, Jurel, Karthik, Rahul, Saha, Prabhsimran, and I’ll give them Bumrah.

Ishan and especially Rohit's slow batting did Mumbai in today. Of course, the bowlers got pasted too. But, when you are chasing a 200 Required Strike Rate, actually above, you cannot play at 140 and 100. Hit out or get out. If it clicks, then you have a game. They dug the hole so much that the others came and hit hard but still fell short.

:D My wicket keepers’ team and Bumrah can win the World Cup more likely than the selectors’s team.
