It seems Prerna did not have much left in her after playing 2 matches yesterday. This Chinese girl proved the stumbling block for us this week. She beat 3 of our players - Nidhi, Rutuja and now Prerna.

Hope this week our stronger players - Pranjala, Riya who will be back, Zeel and Rutuja do well.

Prerna, Nidhi and Riya Bhatia lost already in Round 1 of week 3.

Rutuja, Zeel and Pranjala should justify their seedings this week.

This Chinese girl Ma continues to trouble our players. She beat Prerna in the last week's final in the morning and upset Riya in the evening. On the other hand, Prerna folded up tamely in both the matches. It shows up poorly on the fitness levels of our players when they have to play multiple matches in a few days.

Not quite the final yet! Pranjala needs to win the SF next, but I think she has a good chance of winning the title this week.

Yes, it is the SF, not final. She has to win 2 quality matches against foreign opponents on clay which will be a test for Pranjala.
