In this section we have covered each and every Indian Tennis player worth his/her salt , But for some reason we missed out completely on this Calcutta Born Baghdadi Jew who until her junior years was very active on the Indian circuit and only her migration to UK and playing under the British flag got her off the radar.
So when we claim Nirupama was the first Indian born women to qualify for any GrandSlam , But as a matter of fact it was the Calcutta Born Rina Einny who has that rights and claim to that fame having spent all her formative years In Calcutta and her maturing and transformation to a International quality player was developed in India.
In fact along with Ramesh Krishnan she was touted as a future hope for India

Her activity record can be found on Steve G records which is brief , but more closer searching would reveal she played on the circuit regularly and In terms of Professional Tour achivements after Sania she would have a better record than both the Nirupama's .

Amongst a write up on prominent Baghdadi Jewish women of India , Reena is mentioned in the last paragraph which also confirms she went on to play the GrandSlams and Olympics under the UK flag
