Re: 2015 European Tour
Hot Lahiri is on the heels of the leader Wiesberger. Overnight at 5th place, Lahiri has continued the 4th round right with the same form right where he left it yesterday. With 4 birdies in first 5 holes, he was just one shot behind the leader. A bogey on 9th (first bogey in two days) increased the gap a little, but birdie on 10 brought him back at one shot behind. C'mon Lahiri! close the gap fully now!
[By the way yesterday was a super day for Lahiri as he shot the best round of the tournament 10 under 62! That is 10 birdies! He had 6 birdies on front nine and 4 birdies in back nine. Bernd WIESBERGER also had a super run of 9 under 63 with 10 birdies and a bogey. ]
Wiesberger is on par in the front 9 today and currently playing the 10th hole. While Lahiri finished the front 9 at 3 under and just finished completed the 11 th hole at par after the birdie on 10th.

Re: 2015 European Tour
Wiesberger missed a birdie opportunity on par 5 10th and continues to lead Lahiri by 1.
Update Lahiri just missed the birdie putt on 12th by six inches. Wiesberger made a 5 ft par putt on 11th.
Rashid is also hot today and he is 5 under after 13 holes and T39. SSP is -3 for the day and T11 after 14 holes. Shiv Kapur is -1 after 15 holes and T45,
Update Lahiri played 3rd shot from the bunker and is left with a difficult par putt. Wiesberger also missed the green with 2nd shot. And Lahiri missed the putt to drop a shot on 12th. However, Wiesberger also dropped a shot and therefore he still remains 1 stroke ahead.
Update Wiesberger pars 12th. Shiv Kapur finished the final round at -1 and he is still T45. Rashid is still -5 for round after 15 holes and T36. SSP is T10 and playing the 18th hole. Lahiri pars 14th and 15th. And just now Wiesberger drops a shot on 13th. So Lahiri and Wiesberger are now tied for the lead.
Update Wiesberger pars par 3 15th. And LAhiri also pars the 16th. Status quo remains.
Update Lahiri holes a huge putt from off the green at 17 to take the outright lead at -16.
However, Wiesberger made a strong reply with a birdie of his own at 16 to take the share of the lead.
Update Wiesberger misses the par putt on 17th giving back the sole lead to Lahiri. Nerve wrecking finish. Now Lahiri is in trouble, playing the 4th shot from bunker on par 5 18th. And he comes with a good shot, to get close enough for a doable par putt. But it will be a huge putt of around 4 to 5 ft and nerves will come in play. And he makes it to keep the lead
Update Now its all on Wiesberger to try to catch up and tie with a birdie. Lahiri will be watching him. Wiesberger 's 2nd shot is good, on the fairway. Now comes the crucial shot. How close to the hole will he make it? Its on the green but not a putt he wanted. Long and not an easy putt. Last chance for Wiesberger and he misses it. Lahiri is the champion

Re: 2015 European Tour
Congratulations to Anirban.
That was some golf in the 3rd round of 10 under and to cap it with that nerveless last round of 68, when other big names struggled to get a par round.... Just fabulous.
Anirban will move into or rather march into the Top 50 rather almost top 40

Re: 2015 European Tour
Thanks Ajay for the clips.
Unbelievable putt at 17 - he really went for it and had it missed, he didn't thin about that that's confidence.
And what a cool putt on 18th to win...
Welcome to top 50 club - the second Indian to enter the elite club after Jeev.
