Congrats to Anirban Lahiri. That is the second title on the APGA tour for him, I believe, both in the last few months.

Re: 2012 Asian Tour
Congrats to Anirban, who seems to be in a rich vein of form. A bit surprising that the final qualifiers for the Open are held more than three months before the event...

Good to see Anirban's exploits. Indian Golf has been deprived of good news for a while. GO ANIRBAN!!!

Re: 2012 Asian Tour
Great to see the emergence of another promising Indian. The Jeev, Jyoti, Shiv Kapur, Arjun Atwal, Daniel Chopra pioneer cohort who looked very promising over the last 4-5 years seem to be on the downswing in their careers. Gaganjeet Bhullar seems to have stagnated as well without reaching the levels of the pioneer cohort, so it will be great to see another Indian compete in a Grand Slam.

Re: 2012 Asian Tour
I counted 7 Indians in the above list -- including a couple of new (unknown to me) names like Shankar Das and Sanjay Kumar. But Siddikur is from Bangladesh, I think.vidhyashankar wrote:Another Indian winner this week on the Asian Tour.
