May be team management decided to rest Dipika against Egypt in the league match so she will be fresh for today's important match against Aussies and if wins then for tomorrow's semi-final.

Yesterday France defeated 2nd seed England so if we wins against Aussies then we can face France in the semis and in other semis top-seed Egypt will face 2nd seed England.

Dipika started positively winning the first set easily ... Dipika dominating the match , won 2nd set losing 4 points ... In the third set from 4-all Dipika won the set losing only one more point.

Good start for Ramit in the deciding match ... He take early 4-0 lead and kept that advantage to won the first set ... But in the second set Geoffrey Demont take early lead and won the second set ... Ramit played superb game in the third set ... He surprised Geoffrey with deceptive shots from back of the courts and won this set losing only 2 points.

What a closely fought fourth set ... Both players were fighting for each point ... Both players were trading lead in the beginning ... Ramit opened 6-4 lead but Geoffrey fought back to 6-all ... Ramit won next 4 points to 10-6 lead but Geoffrey saved all 4 match balls to make it 10-all ... In the final Indian team is facing top-seed Egypt ... Very tough match but I m hoping some spirited performance from our players ... Dipika is favorite in her match but Ravi Dixit and Ramit Tandon r underdogs in their respective matches against higher ranked opponents.

Great to reach the final.
Egypt are favourites, but we can hope for one of the boys to cause an upset and then Dipika to win her match.
