Ajay, Varma, Gautam -- thanks for the kind words.

@Ajay This is my second sub-2h marathon -- however the first one was last year, again at Auroville (1:58:30), was a total fluke.

@Ayush 4:11 for the FM (with a 2h negative split for the second half) is a very impressive. Congratulations. I can't even begin to think about running a full marathon -- the sheer amount of training that I would need is a bit overwhelming at this point in time.

Thanks.I did the training just by running for 2-3 hrs on weekends and for 1 hr if possible on weekdays.I will try to run more marathons this year.

Didn't realize that as you have been targeting sub 2hr for a while, I thought it was your first.

I'm running an HM om March 1st. But weather, work and travel has not let me come in the mode of training that I need. Not sure now if I can be near my PB.

Ayush, you are a super athlete to finish marathon in 4:11. Considering 2:11 for first half, I see lot of scope for you to improve. You should surely run more marathons. By the way, just curious, where did you run Suran Marathon?

Great showing Ayush!! A sub-4h FM is something to be cherished. You should consider running the Chennai (in December 2015) and Mumbai FM (in Jan 2016).

Awesome! You improved your time by 10+ minutes! Exactly what I said in my last comment.
