Please read - Old authors and new authors needed

Hi all,
I now have added the content management addition section for selected users. All authors should now see the following infomation.
Create content under which they have the ability to create their own stories (news stories), pages (basically non news stories) and blog which is where they can write editorial type pieces I guess.
I think I have got all the old authors but if not please let me know. If more people would like to join the group please let me know as well.
I'm thinking about giving the blogging ability to all users but am currently undecided about that.
