Oh..then its a credible source.
But for some reason., the pic seems to be morphed. The foreground and background aren't blended together. I'm just guessing.

India is a land of more than 100 crore people.nothingnew wrote:Two articles disturbed me very badly today.
These type of cases happen everywhere in the world ,EVEN in YOUR USA or (any other '' Developed'' countries).
It is just impossible to prevent these sorts of things from happening.
What is important is that whether you have proper legal institutions to address these kind of issues.
and in india , we have a good and responsible judiciary , (well i wont say it is perfect).

So what was the story behind the beating? .. And what is the newspaper photographer doing, rather than protesting what is being done? ..
If it is a photo obtained from somebody else by the newspaper, it could well be morphed. I too think that one looks seriously morphed.

There is one "jimmy" who dragged USA into this discussion. He is enlightening us that these things happen in USA too and India is no exception and so is justified!

Well the photo has come in the print edition too! You think they would Morph and put it in a newspaper! I don't know, could be.
Where is India heading?
i did not try to justify .nothingnew wrote:There is one "jimmy" who dragged USA into this discussion. He is enlightening us that these things happen in USA too and India is no exception and so is justified!
i gave the example of USA because, in population wise or in the system of governance ,USA is similar to india.
Look, i was just saying that law enforcement agencies anywhere in the world (even in USA where police response is very fast ) cannot do much to prevent these barbaric acts from happening, wat they only can do is to, catch wrong doers and punish them according to the rule of the land.
R u enlightened now? nothing new
