How to start playing Golf tournments in India

Forgot one piece of information. There is an entry fee which can vary from tournament to tournament but typically in Rs 100-500 range but some tournaments have much higher entry fees.

Sorry for extending the discussion,,
If I am a member of an existing club and have an established handicap, how can I sign up or whom do I contact for a IPGA Q-school tournament..?
Any pointers or links will be of great help.
