WTT Youth Contender Havirov 2025

Both Ankur Bhattacharjee and Abhinandh Pradhivadhi have flown from Berlin to Havirov and guess what they are into the finals!
They will play against each other tonight. Ankur leads their H2H with 4-0

U19 Boys' singles:

Ankur wins the first game 11-7

He was up 9-2 and then Abhinandh did quite well to stage a comeback but it was too late.

Abhinandh starting the game with a 3-1 lead. He has this really fast serve forcing the opponent to return a loose ball which he finishes off in the next shot.

And he wins the second game 11-9. Game on!

Ankur with a 6 points streak at 5-5, winning the crucial third game by 11-5

Ankur is so good in defending. The ball just comes off his bat with such high speed making the opponent’s shot ineffective.

Ankur wins the fourth game by 11-4 and takes home the title. What a solid performance by him. Was confident right from the start. No wonder he is number 6 in the world.

It was a repeat of U19 Boys’ singles final which was played at WTT Youth Contender Vadodara.

This is Ankur’s 4th WTT Youth Contender title in the U19 Boys’ singles category.

The previous ones were at Vadodara, Cappadocia and Tunis
