Yes, which is what she alluded to. And that surprised Diaz but she finally pulled off a win. When an opponent knows you or pays attention to you they plan a better response. So she came out firing not wanting that to happen again and Sreeja had no good answers. Today Diaz's shots/determination/killer-instinct lined up and she had an easy game. She also says she was "brave" - meaning she perhaps played more aggressively, took some risks that she had not in the previous game and that paid off. Sreeja will hopefully improve her game and come prepared the next time for an aggressive Diaz and have an answer, and then things will get closer. Hopefully.

Have you moved to Germany ? WTT Champions Frankfurt is happening right now.

Yes. I live in Hamburg though. Frankfurt is perhaps a five hour train ride or a bit more with Deutsche Bahn these days. I do see the news being covered in the TV locally and the local newspapers. I was thinking of going to Riya Bhatia's final last week or so but professional obligations prevented that ...
