Unnecessary provocation. What does it achieve? Did cricketers claim they are the fittest or fitter than hockey players? Comparing to junior girls is even more provocative. The game demands that because hockey requires nonstop running in a shorter period. Maybe an apt comparison would be with soccer players. I’d like to see those numbers.

Found this link. I don’t know how old or authentic this list is, but there seem to be more cricketers than hockey players in this list. And, all the scores are over 21.

The list seems to have been obtained by scouring web news articles and posts. It may be authentic but is certainly incomplete, i.e., it does not have the highest scores from all international players in all major sports. And, we don't know if the reported scores were correct or not. The compiled list shows the Pakistani cricketers. But, if I click on the cricket scores, it shows mainly Indian cricketers and does not mention the Pakistanis in the list. So, we cannot say much. By this, the Pakistani cricketers are fitter than the Indian ones. Which is also debatable.
