That is a very consistent performance by Ramk at the ITF level. Normally, this kind of domination at the lower level bodes well for being competitive at the next higher level. Hopefully, he can win the final and then start competing at the challenger level tournaments.

Re: ITF M25/M15 New Delhi, Chandigarh - Mar 2024
But RamK literally ran out of gas in the end, in his 10th match in the last 13 days... At the Chandigarh M15 final:
[F] (2) Ramkumar Ramanathan (IND, 351) l. (1) Khumoyun Sultanov (UZB,331), 46 16
Actually RamK clearly had the upper hand in the first set till the 10th game. He had 7 break points (at 2-2 and 4-4) but he could not convert any... This followed a pattern from yesterday when he had converted only 1 of the first 10 BPs he had... RamK did not face any BPs and was serving aces often at will too, but in the 10th game, Sultanov got his first BP at 15-40 double set-point... RamK saved one set pt with an ace, but then fell... 4-6... He seemingly had nothing left after that to mount a comeback. He would get no further break points to lose to Sultanov, who won 2 of the 3 BPs he got in the second set as well.
Not having enough gas in the tank to kick it into an extra gear at break points was possibly RamK's issue. In the last 2 matches, he was 3 of 19 at BPs.
RamK will now go to the Barcelona challenger after a week of rest, based on where he has entered. He would need to play qualies there, I think.
