Since Afghanistan is assured of at least a silver (hopefully only a silver) in cricket, they will have 1 silver and 4 bronzes. Pakistan (if they beat Bangladesh for the bronze medal) will reach 2 bronzes, and they have a single silver. So Afghanistan is likely to finish above Pakistan in the medals table. Bangladesh have just a single bronze. Sri Lanka have 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze (their middle-distance runner Dissanayake is 18, won a gold, and is likely to become an Olympic contender by 2028, if not next year in Paris).
