And they win thru easily.
[R1] Yuki Bhambri (IND) / Saketh Myneni (IND) d. Arthur Rinderknech (FRA) / Enzo Couacaud (FRA) 63 62
That's $14k each.
They should increase the doubles prize money. This is still less than the prize money for a Q1 singles loss (which is $17K).
Looks like YukiSaki are defending a CH100 points, so their point total hasn't budged. Winning another round will however move them into the 60s in the ranking and anything beyond that will really accelerate their ranking progress.
So a pretty poor FO for us, with a Q2 in women's singles and R2 (and counting) in men's doubles the extent of the slim pickings in the pro events. We still do have a few juniors who will be popping up next week.
This was sad:
6-Bopanna/Ebden l. Sadio Doumbia/Fabien Reboul (FRA/FRA) 57 67(5)
Ram/Salisbury lost the first set in their R1 match, but managed to come back to win the 3rd set 6-4.

Only two. It seems Manas finished 2 out from the qualifying draw. Aryan is in the qualies as the 5th seed (and Yuvan is in the main draw). It seems Aryan has won the Q1... Looking for the score. Ok, got it.
[Q1] (5) Aryan Shah d. (WC) Mae Malige (FRA,656), 63 64
He plays a tough 16th seed, Mawell Exsted (USA,71) in the final qualies.
Chance missed for YukiSaki as there were big points to be gained with each win here.
They have the quality to do well at the ATP level but are a little to sloppy to have success currently.
Per Roland Garros website, they had 34 winners to 25 by the opponents but also had 25 UFEs to 11 by their opponents. "Forced" errors were also more but were closer to even.
