Parings and schedule for the CWB invitational starting tomorrow have been announced.
It would have been appropriate if Rohan and Dvij could pair up to size each other for the important weeks ahead culminating in the DC .
But since the pairings were done weeks in advance , it couldn't be altered at the last minute and they are partnering , Jeevan and Artem Sitak receptively.

Arjun Kadhe is also in Hong Kong, I thought maybe he is also playing here with the wild-card ... But that is not the case.

I am not sure if that’s enough data but looks promising. I could see it’s applixation in coaching (if playing someone of similar style, or playing the same player again etc).

Traditionally, such cramping was believed to arise from dehydration, electrolyte imbalances (including magnesium, potassium and sodium), accumulation of lactic acid, or low cellular energy levels. These proposals, however, have been shown to have minimal scientific value. More recent developments indicate that the cause of cramps most likely involves hyperactivity of the nerve-muscle reflex arc. In this scheme, some of the normal inhibitory activity of the central nervous system (CNS) reflexes is lost as a result of CNS fatigue or overuse of feedback communication with muscles.
More in a somewhat old article: Muscle Cramps

Anyone who knows more about it, please chime in.

As an experienced calf cramper(!), I have begun using compression sleeves for my calves during my current marathon training. It appears to help -- used it in a 20 miler and my fastest mile was the last one with no cramping. I am quite sure that my cramps are not due to salt imbalance and more of a strength issue.

Watch out for those sleeves not to become a crutch. I'm guessing you already tried correcting the issue by strengthening up the calves?

Good point. I don't use it for all runs. I use it for long (>2h) runs and I have been working on strengthening my calves for the past couple of years.

I found this to be a good read, so sharing.

I am stating the obvious and many of us have discussed it ad nauseam but it really sucks that you can be among the top 200 tennis players in the world and still struggle to make a living.

Yes, an excellent read, and I'm sure it'll dissuade many youngsters from becoming tennis professionals. At 29, it is foolhardy of her to embark on this quest, but I hope she succeeds!
