Re: Egypt Mens/ Womens ITF tournaments 2017
According to her Instagram profile, it looks like she got married last year in August and she is also a mother now. She was working as a commentator last year for Eurosport TV during USO and she also ran the Moscow marathon this year in May. She played a $25K challenger in Uzbekistan earlier this year. Would be great to see her forging a comeback in her career.

Vera Zvonareva made the final of both Wimbledon and the US Open in 2010, and was ranked #2 in the world at her peak. Maybe she is just playing for fun at age 33, otherwise she could surely have received a wildcard at Wimbledon. Beating her will be tough, I'm sure.

Re: Egypt Mens/ Womens ITF tournaments 2017
Zvonareva lost 06 64 46 to world #423 in Ferghana (R2), where she had to go through two rounds of qualifying (which I find bizarre in the WTA). Here, she has a wildcard, and won R1 against someone ranked in the 600s 62 63. She may be gradually finding form, but seems to lack endurance.

Re: Egypt Mens/ Womens ITF tournaments 2017
I like the way Pranjala is dominating her opponents. Except for that 5-7, 3-6 loss to the top seed (521) last week, she hasn't lost a set in her other 7 matches in the past 3 weeks. She is putting up a real strong show to get back to where she truly belongs in the rankings.
Thmping victory for Rituja as well.

Re: Egypt Mens/ Womens ITF tournaments 2017
Head to head on ITF does not show any match between Mihaila and Pranjala. Mihaila had beaten Zeel in a close final last year in Egypt but she lost to Riya Bhatia in another final the week after that.
