Putting has been extremely poor again today. Missed at least 3 makeable putts.

Anirban seems to put relatively well when the greens are playing fast as it did both here and last week early on after the rain but struggled as it got drier on the weekend.

And the 5-foot putt goes in and comes back out on the 18th so that he finishes with a +1 for the day :puke:

Anirban's putting has gotten worse today; already missed 3 putts from 7 feet or less in 7 holes.

Rickie Fowler who is leading hasn't missed one from under 7 feet all week.

Anirban finishes T11 in the PGA's Honda Classic. Slightly disappointing after his excellent first two rounds (5-under and 2-under), but a pretty decent finish in the end (after two 1-over par rounds of 71 each during the weekend, which left him 5-under for the tournament, tied with Paul Casey).
He ended up just ahead of Adam Scott and Graeme McDowell.
Anirban rises to # 73 in the official world rankings with that performance (from 81st before the tournament).

Anirban has been playing pretty well in his last few starts but hasn't put together 4 good rounds in a row to get a win. Hopefully, he'll get one on the PGA tour this year.

This week he played his home course and but for few missed opportunities, he could have ended up atleast top 3.

Now 2 weeks off from PGA Tour. He doesn't qualify for this week's WGC event and next week he plays the Indian Open in Delhi. Needs a big week soon to qualify or get an invite to the Majors....

Playing his first tournament since the Arnold Palmer Invitational three weeks ago, Anirban Lahiri opened his campaign at the RBC Heritage with a four-under 67 that gave him a share of 11th place.

Despite the fine start, Lahiri is still four behind leader Bud Cauley, who charged ahead with eight-under 63 with eight birdies and no bogeys.

Disastrous 75 in the third round causes Anirban to plummet to T63.

$1,116,000 Valero Texas Open

T11 Anirban Lahiri -3

Anirban starts with a 3-under to share T11, at the moment - 3 shots behind the leader. Lot of players yet to finish the round.

He started on the back-9 with a 10-ft birdie on the 12th (3rd hole of the day), 9-ft par on the 13th, 20-ft par on the 15th, 10-ft par on the 16th, and rounded off with two back-to-back birdies set up by good tee-offs.

He started off with a 12-ft birdie on the front 9, to go 4-under..., but couldn't do much after that...
succumbed to a bogey on the 5th, going into the fringe en-route..., missed an 8-ft birdie on the 6th, and a 11-ft birdie on the final hole to finish 3-under...

Disastrous 2nd round for Anirban going 6-over through the first 15 holes of the day with 5 bogeys, 1 double bogey and 1 birdie. But redeemed himself with 3 birdies to finish the day for a 3-over, par for the two rounds at T61, 8 shots behind the leader, and eeked out the cut...

$8,700,000 Nationwide Memorial Tournament - Dublin, OH

Anirban finishes T2 in last week's with a scintillating bogey free 7-under 65 - his best finish on the tour and earns $765K.... and saves his card for the next season...

This, after missing the cut during the 3 weeks before and a modest start on the first day, the opposite of what he usually does...

He had rounds of 74, 70, 69 and 65.....

Wow, what a fantastic performance for Anirban in a powerful field (including Mickelson, Adam Scott and everyone who matters in golf). Somewhat out of the blue, so we all missed it last week!!
Thanks for waking us up to this, prashanthm.
