Sorry for the ignorance. But, what is the second ELO rating after a player's name in the standings lines? For example, for Sasikiran it is 2742. Is that his all-time ELO high? Thanks.

I think the second number is the performance rating for this tournament.

yep. the second number is the current performance rating of a player.

for example, WGM Karavade, Eesha has scored only 0.5 points in 5 games. Considering all her opponents so far, she is performing like a 2061 ELO rated player, instead of 2405 ELO rating that she really has!!
