Just when Ganguly had started to belt the bowling, rain comes and stops the play.
India 110/3 -- Ganguly 51 off 86 balls; Dravid 33 runs off 112 balls. Ganguly hit four boundaries in the last two overs he faced.

So now day's game called off due to torrential rain ...

I won't be surprised if BCCI schedules a 20-20 game a day after the test match ends

Re: India in Australia 2007-2008
I like the short concise one-word answers unlike my lengthy discourses. Give the ZEE-TV guy or gal some credit for adding "regards" in the reply. OTOH, Zee-TV people may have read Kumar's pessimistic view of the Indo-Aussie series at Sports-India and then decided to not show the cricket matches in America. I believe that it is Kumar's fault that Zee TV will not show the cricket matches in USA. Had he not expressed his views about the series at Sports-India, we could have seen the matches in USA and that too for free.puneets wrote: That was a pithy answer - "NO" !
On a more serious note, thanks Kumar for trying to get ZEE TV to show the cricket matches in USA. If more people would contact them, they would consider showing matches in the future.

Re: India in Australia 2007-2008
All three of them could be correct because they would have a slightly different meaning depending on how each of them is used in a sentence.Kumar wrote: Which is the correct usage?
"NO." or "NO!" or "NO"
Some people would reply to anything in the forum simply to reach 9,999 posts.

I'd say a simple "No." is better. Why use CAPS ?

No pressure on you, Doc, but I am (or, should I say, all of us are) expecting your 10,000th post to be the best of all. I am sure it will be. But, as I mentioned earlier, don't feel the pressure and keep doing what you always do - i.e. to keep us entertained
