Our boys' and girls' teams both failed to make the team finals of the Asian Junior Squash championship. This suggests that we lack depth in junior squash, although India's #2 junior (Siddharth Suchde) is away in Harvard, and would have greatly strengthened our team (probably ensuring a silver and perhaps even the gold).
Chennai seems to be the only place in India where a junior player can receive good coaching in India, and this could be one reason for the lack of depth in Indian squash.
Does anyone know of Indian facilities similar to the one in Chennai?
