I hope the Indian junior players do not do everything that this person was doing in that clip.

The point I was trying to make, and the one that gbelday said very appropriately - "Where there is a will, there is a way!!" - is that people can make use of all types of opportunities to improve. The long distance runners from African nations do not have the most modern training facilities but they make full use of their God-given gift of running.
