Sai's Chinese opponent is the current world junior champion. So, it was a tough match for him and glad that he came thru.

Disappointing loss for Sameer after such a great week. Our men need to display consistency week after week to get into top 10.

It is part of the process of Mainlandelisation of HongKong where suddenly PingPong and Badminton have become focus areas ,
School kids are brainwashed into national education , and day by day Core values of HongKong are being eroded by the dictates of the dictatorial Communist regime.
This pogrom is so systematic as there are now no major bookstore chains left in HongKong , all of the major stores which flourished during the Colonial times have vanished , and the last two remaining which braved the onslaught could not hold any longer , Dymocks of Australia last year and this week Singapore based Page One wound up.
Anyone who writes critically or even sells these critical publications , is brazenly kidnapped from Hongkong by the Communist Secret Service and locked up in China , and for those not aware can google about "Missing Booksellers of Hongkong",
This city has lost all its allure as China treats it simply like its doormat

Sad that one of the jewels of the orient is being stripped of its charm.

[SF] PARUPALLI Kashyap (IND,95) vs SON Wan Ho [1] (KOR, 6)

Great to see Kashyap back and notch up some wins under his belt. I hope he sticks to GP events only till his ranking is within the top-50. Go Kashyap - stretch it to 3 sets tomorrow :goodluck:

Still a very good week for Kashyap after a long time. If he maintains his fitness he should get back to top 25 next year.
