Ok. I was totally wrong. The numbers here are not what are his averages but his SR. Looked up wrong. His averages are 27 in 2018 and 2019 over 10 tests and 4 tests. When PKB gave the breakdown, I thought something must be wrong because you cannot have such a bad patch and still average 44 and 41. So, yes, PKB is right. He was doing pretty badly and may have been dropped. Sorry!
