The two cricketing legends of Indian Cricket team - Virat and Dhoni

Post by Cricadium »

Cricket is of the most passionate and popular sports in the world. In India, Cricket is followed like a religion by the fans. People from all age groups are interested in either watching or playing cricket or doing both.

“Don’t just wear your team’s colors, bleed them”. The ‘Men in Blue’ always work hard to accomplish this motto and make Indian Cricket fans proud. People in India love to discuss cricket and love reading cricket scores and blogs passionately.

The teamwork of Indian cricketers under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni had always been on another level. MS Dhoni always believe that- Talent wins Games, but Teamwork wins Championships.

“Champions are made, not born”. This phrase exactly portrays the character of current Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli. The strong hard working Indian cricket team is now captained by Virat Kohli. This legacy has been passed to Virat Kohli by the former captain and now it is his responsibility to carry on this legacy with the same temperament on or off the field.

Virat Kohli, one of the finest and best batsmen in the world is taking the team forward to map future victories on the cricket grounds.

The two cricketing legends of Indian Cricket team - Virat and Dhoni proved themselves time to time. The former Indian Captain MS Dhoni again proved himself recently in IPL 2018 by leading CSK to win IPL title for the third time in the Indian Premier League’s history.

After being retired from the longest format of the game, Dhoni is spending quality time with his wife Sakshi and daughter Ziva in Ranchi. On the other hand, Virat also proved himself by scoring his 23rd test century of his career in the ongoing test series against England, putting India in a winning position.

The Virat’s 23rd century is his 58th international hundred across formats. Years back, Dhoni’s idol and the god of cricket Sachin Tendulkar also reached his 58th international hundred by playing against the same opponents, i.e. England.

The most popular cricketer of India, MS Dhoni’s retirement from the limited overs cricket is seen has a rumour and the same is confirmed by the Indian cricket team’s coach as well. Indian Cricket fans doesn't want Mahi to retire. Our love and respect for our cricketers could be seen and is worth it as their hard work on ground make us proud. It is completely justified to say that our love for our Cricketers and the Indian cricket team is never ending.
