India chasing 104 have lost Gambhir for a duck.
Super performance from all the bowlers. Could both innings be completed in 50 overs?

Yes we won in 21.1 over losing another in-form batsman Virat Kohli, 10/2 ... But Parthiv, who scored another half-century 56 n.o.(his highest ODI score) and Yuvi played well to finish it off.

Interestingly, Praveen Kumar took a wicket in the first over and after that did not. Nehra got two and Yusuf spilled his third.

What a marvellous, clean victory to finish a 5-0 sweep. The pitch was providing a lot of support to the spinners, and Ashwin bowled superbly to take full advantage of the conditions. But Yuvi and Yusuf also exploited the conditions very well, and it was good to see Praveen back in form in his short opening spell. The Indian start was unfortunate, because Gambhir was unjustly given caught behind when he hadn't touched the ball. Parthiv, on the other hand, survived an early lbw shout (with the same umpire making both mistakes to even things out between the sides). But Parthiv batted magnificently after that (especially against the pacers) and finished the job in Yuvi's company. So we have an abundance of choices for the impending World Cup. That India without 6 of its top players can still win so comprehensively is wonderful to see.

I think the key outcomes of this series were: (a) a welcome return to top form for Gambhir, just in time for the SA tour; (b) Kohli cementing his place in the ODI side; (c) an affirmation of the class of Zaheer and Sreesanth; (d) the emergence of Ashwin as a credible specialist spinner (although not yet as an allrounder, which we know he is capable of) and of Yusuf Pathan as a leading contender for the allrounder's slot (#7 batsman and #5 or 6 bowler); (e) Parthiv Patel ousting Vijay from his pedestal as India's #4 ODI opener (after Tendulkar, Sehwag and Gambhir), and giving strong competition to Wriddhiman Saha as India's #2-choice keeper-batsman (after Dhoni); (f) the tentative return of Munaf, to compete with Nehra and Praveen Kumar for the third seamer's slot in the ODI XI.

I knew you guys thought highly of Yusuf even before, but, for me the #1 result was the claiming of the #7 slot by Yusuf Pathan. #2 Ashwin establishing himself as the top striking spinner who can bowl in the slogs #3 Kohli establishing himself.
