Sat 25 - Fri 24 Australia Women v India Women TBA
Sun 26 - Sat 25 Australia Women v India Women TBA
Tue 28 - Mon 27 Australia Women v India Women TBA

the above list is from the ICC website. i dont understand why the dates are reversed.

ind v aus test matches:
total 8
ind won 0
aus won 3
draw 5

ind v aus ODIs:
total 22
ind won 4
aus won 18

India tour of New Zealand

Wed 1 New Zealand A v India Lincoln University
Thu 2 New Zealand A v India Lincoln University
Sat 4 1st ODI Bert Sutcliffe Oval
Mon 6 2nd ODI Bert Sutcliffe Oval

Mon 13 5th ODI Bert Sutcliffe Oval

Ind v NZL ODI record:
total 29

NZL won 17

on the whole it will be a tough tour of aus and nzl. but then again, keeping previous records aside, many young players will get a chance to play away from home. it will surely be a great experience and i hope we are able to put up a good fight. especially after the world cup final.

Man why do Pakistanis have to be so conservatives. Just allow everyone. WHat is this man. We are not going to cause any harm to women by looking at them play. would we?

OH well all i can say is that India's going to crush those teams.

Hey I have a question.

Suppose Pakistani women's cricket team comes to tour India then what will they do? Like here the men are going to watch the matches right? so what are they going to do?

India demolish Sri Lanka by 10 wickets.

India and Sri Lanka meet again in the Asia Cup final on January 4, but first the Indians take on Pakistan in an inconsequential last league match on Monday.

Jhulan Goswami won ICC's Women's Cricketer of the Year awad ...  :notworthy: She beat Australia's Lisa Sthalekar and Claire Taylor of England to that honour ... Jhulan become the second ever Women's Player of the Year after Australian Karen Rolton.

ICC Award 2007 - page 1 - Rediff

ICC Awards

Goswami caps great year by winning Women's Player of 2007 at ICC Awards
Jhulan Goswami wrote:"It's a dream come true for me. I am very excited to win this award. It is very unexpected because the other candidates are great players. It is very special for me.

"There was no nomination from India in the men's categories so it is even more special to do this for my country and make up for that disappointment. It was a wonderful pleasure to receive this award from the India (Twenty20) captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni as he is such a good player.

"This award does a lot for women's cricket. I think women's cricket is growing, slowing by slowing. We are getting more and more coverage now in the media and that can only be a good thing for game as it encourages more girls to take up the game and improves the overall levels of performance."
