Shubhankar failed to make the cut, missing it by one stroke (as did Tiger Woods).

Shubhankar had a even par round and moves slightly down to T56! Would not be surprised if he moves up big time tomorrow

Julian Suri is T40, Shubhankar Sharma T56 going into the final round.
If we could follow Daniel Chopra here, I wonder why we ignore Julian Suri...

All the buzz at Carnoustie is around Tiger Woods, who shot a 66 to rise to T6 and into contention going into the final day (although he is tied with Rory McIlroy, so there are some other major contenders including the leader Jordan Spieth).

Expected a slightly better performance from Shubhankar Sharma in the final round but still a decent debut performance.
Shubhankar Sharma has become the youngest Indian male golfer to make a cut in a Major tournament.

Anirban should do well in the pga championships.

Bellerive is a course that plays to his strengths with distance off the tee and scrambling rewarded.

Anirban, as expected, starts really well at WGC-Bridgestone. Very similar course to next week and he shoots a -5.

Tougher for Shubhankar of course without the distance off tee, +2.

b]$10,000,000 WGC Bridgestone Invitational[/b]

Round 2 scores:

T16 Anirban Lahiri -5

Even par round for Anirban Lahiri.
Bad day for Shubhankar Sharma, he scored a poor 9 over par round and is bottom of the table.

Very good tournament for Lahiri! Finished T6 after a 2 under par final round. Really happy to see him doing well this year. This is his 4th top 10 finish in PGA tour this year. Other top 10 finishes were.

THE CJ CUP @ NINE BRIDGES T5
Travelers Championship T9
CIMB Classic T10
