Indian golfers S. Chikka, Himmat Rai, Angad Cheema & Abhijit Chadha were among 47 players to earn an Asian Tour card for 2015.

Daniel Chopra has topped the Asian Tour Qualifying School.

Just to update this topic, Anirban Lahiri has won the Maybank Malaysian Open which is also an European Tour co-sanctioned event.

Anirban has joined countryman Arjun Atwal as a champion of the Maybank Malaysian Open and also became the fourth Indian to win an European Tour event following wins from Jeev Milkha Singh, S.S.P. Chawrasia and Arjun Atwal.

Anirban Lahiri has won the Hero Indian Open, his second Asian & European Tour title of the year.

He is first Indian to win the Hero Indian Open since Chinnaswamy Muniyappa in 2009 and becomes just the eighth different Indian to win the Hero Indian Open since the event was first played in 1964.

Anirban in his three starts this year has already earned $772,300, which is more that the Asian tour Order of Merit(OOM) winning sum of $713,901 last year. Anirban now has a vice grip on the OOM title for this year. Two years back Anirban was third in OOM rankings, last year he narrowly missed as he came second, and this year he is well on his way to make it to the top spot. Way to go Anirban!
