Its cold and freezing out there in Japan. Truly an off season time. Wait for the weather to be little more friendly before they play again.

Check out what V Krishnaswamy has to say about Jeev, Jyati, Arjun Atwal and others.
V Krishnaswamy wrote:Most of the top Indians begin their season in Sinagpore next week at joint-sanctioned Caltex Singapore Masters. I spoke to Jeev and Atwal, both will be there, as well as Jyoti. Shiv Kapur, is on waiting list after his 10th place on Q-SChool. Amandeep Johl, Harmeet Kahlon, Rahil Gangjee and Gaurav Ghei will also be there.
...

So next week we'll see almost all the Indian golfers in action.

Japan tour also begin their regular season after one off tournament early in January. Jeev is planning to play here while Jyoti is giving it a miss. Remember that (Check in Asian tour postings) Jeev finished 2nd in the first event of the Japan tour. Jeev has been playing decently after missing the cut in Myanmar event. Most of the Japanese players are coming after a long off season. Hopefully, Jeev will have some advantage. Apart from Jeev, we will also see Vijay Singh's fellow native, the Fijian HariChand in action

And Token Homemate Cup 2005 first round begins ... :)

Jeev is tied for 6th spot with -2 in 3 holes ... Leader is at -5, so that means course is not playing as easily one could expect.

Leader is still -5 and after 11 holes, Jeev is still -2, but now he is T9. In between Jeev made two bogies (6th and 7th) to go to even par, but came back with two more birdies on 9th and 10th.

I agree with Jaydeep, the course looks tough today. Is it the weather?!

Yes Ajay mostly weather made big difference in making course tough to score ... Jeev ended his round with -1 with scoring bogey on last hole ... :damn:
Today Jeev scored 6 birdies (1st, 5th, 9th, 10th, 14th and 17th hole :bounce: ), but also scored 5 bogeys (6th, 7th, 13th, 16th and 18th  )

His problem of scoring bogey after bogey is still continue ... Hopefully soon he will sorted out that problem ... Good luck for next round ...

T1 H.Fujita -5
T1 T.Takahashi -5

T16 Jeev -1

Very few players r on the course, so hopefully Jeev will remain in Top 20 after end of the day one.

Its difficult to get information on Japan tour. Looks like bad weather affected Japan tour too. I know that 2nd round was underway and Jeev lost two strokes very early with two bogies. But strangely JPGA site no longer shows the 2nd round score. Is the 2nd round scrapped or something  If yes, that may be good for Jeev. Anyway, we'll know more later today.

According to current available information, Jeev is -1 after 1st round and T17. The partial 2nd round would have put Jeev at +1 and much lower on the leaderboard.
