Glad that Shubhankar is now focusing on the european tour.

His game was never suited for the pga tour.

With that Subhankar ends his European Tour for 2019.
He finished 65th in the order of merit and doesn’t qualify for the final event in Dubai.
Good consistent season for him.

Here is the final Race to Dubai rankings for 2019 season:

65 Shubhankar Sharma €676,961.77 3- Top ten finish
115 Gaganjeet Bhullar €298,882.27 1- Top ten finish
173 SSP Chawrasia €107,068.01

Our golfers were winless this season. This is first time since 2014 that an Indian has failed to win an event in entire European Tour season.

Shubhankar Sharma and Gaganjeet Bhullar have retained their playing card for next season.

SSP has lost his playing card. However, he playing the Q-School and currently is tied for second position after 4 rounds.
Top-25 finishers of the Q-school after 6 rounds qualify for next season.

SSP has finished fourth at the Q-school and has qualified for 2020 season.

This is the best finish for any Indian golfer in European Tour Q-School. The previous best was T16 by Anirban Lahiri in 2014.

Well done to SSP Chawrasia
It’s a grinding 6 round event with all the tension of retaining your playing privileges (for a living).
6 sub par rounds and 4th place was very credible in a very strong field. :notworthy:
Good luck for next season which starts next week.
