Joint best round of the day (65) which has pushed him up to T13 as the likely finishing spot.

Anirban is showing a lot more consistency in his sophomore season on the tour.

Fantastic last round for Anirban... If not for the even par round on the 3rd day, it could have been a Top-10 finish for him...

Just for the record..., he finished the day at 5-under for a total of 12-under....

5 players tied at the top with 17-under, but the next group of T6 was 3 strokes away at 14-under...

Anirban tees up tomorrow at the Sony Open...
Hope he had a good break and is well prepared to make a mark on the PGA Tour this year.
Hope he quickly improves his ranking so as to get into the Majors too.
:goodluck: for 2017!!!

Pretty ordinary start....maybe rusty after a long break.
Needs atleast a 4 under round today to make the cut.
It's possible as many players scored 4-5 under yesterday.

Anirban Lahiri who had an even par 70 in first round ended with a 72 in second and at two-over 142, he was way off the cutline.

Playing La Quinta CC, Anirban Lahiri fired a bogey-free 8-under-par 64 in third round. He had eight birdies and is up 56 places to T13.
:goodluck: for the final round which will played at Stadium Course.

Technically, Anirban was having a good round except for those two double bogeys...

He had 5 birdies, two bogeys and two double bogeys to finish +1 for the day and -10 overall.... decent finish helped by a great 8-under he carded on the 3rd day...

Anirban is back to the PGA tour, playing in Genesis Open. He's had a topsy turvy start with 3 birdies and 3 bogeys in his first 8 holes and is currently middle of the pack although it is still early.

Worth noting that Anirban does have a full card on the PGA tour with priority (19th priority) that is higher than anyone that newly qualified this year (typically 23-26th priority). Therefore, I would expect that he would play a fair bit on the PGA tour this year.

Messed up the round with 2 late bogeys as he missed 2 very short putts :damn:
It's happening quite regularly these days with Anirban that he messes up the closing holes.
Jeev too has this tendency...maybe tiredness or just lack of focus as the round comes to a close.
Hope he gets a low round today to move up from T51 currently.
