Well, it's an old story now. Chitrangda, Jyoti's wife, did not pursue her Bollywood career after getting married.

Congrats to Jyoti on his win. As he said, all the work needs to be done before the tournament and he needs to relax during the tournament itself.

ps: my off-topic post was done a year back ajay. this is definitely not the longest gap between a post and its' reply. I think there are other posts that were replied after a year or so....

I could have easily mistaken too. The dates are so close (a year apart nevertheless!)

Today's Hindu claims that Jyoti Randhawa is ranked 117 after his win -- I don't know where they get these numbers from. The official world ranking puts him at 94 (as mentioned in an earlier post by usaindian). As always, Sports-India is the place for correct and up to date information.

.. I think that was Jyoti's last week's ranking which they published without waiting for new updation of ranking.

Today while going through news found nice interview of Jyoti and his wife, Hindi movie star, Chitrangada Singh with TOI correspondent ... This interview was published second week of December 2009.

I didn't know that Chitrangada is little sister of golfer Digvijay Singh.
