Aditi is likely to miss the cut at the Founders Cup.

Projected LPGA ranking shows Aditi is outside top-80. She might get a chance to play 2 out of 3 events left at the LPGA tour.

Next week, she will be back at the European Tour.

Horrible second round by Aditi. 5 bogeys to go with 4 birdies, so she finished +1 and is T42

Jay, Aditi hasn’t done anything of note since the Olympics. Do you still feel she’s as good as she was on the first three rounds during Olympics? There’s something fundamentally wrong with her game (driver distance is one known handicap) for her to not be more successful.

American golf courses typically overemphasize length compared to short game, so it is a huge challenge for Aditi to shine here. She should consider going back to European tour. She can be very successful there

I have no idea, Atithee. She has to be much better than her record, is all I know. Driving distance was NOT a concern earlier on in her career, apparently. It was a huge handicap at Olympics, but they kept saying that it was due to the distance she lost after Covid. I didn't believe that a whole lot, but I do see earlier comments from top Golf coaches about her, and funnily enough the short game was what they were saying she had to work on. That her length was pretty good earlier. But then we saw that her putting was more than superlative (incredible!) at the Olympics, and that skill should help her on any course. It is puzzling. I am no golf expert and have not seen enough of her to say more.

The only guess i can make is that she has some mental focus issues or something that hinders her (in addition to the distance concern).

By the way it wasn't just the first three rounds at the Tokyo Olympics. She was great on the 4th day too. Only a putt that missed by one centimeter caused her to lose a bronze, you know! That is 7 of 8 days at two Olympics where she was staying with the best in the business, all through. That kind of thing does not happen by chance or anything.

But she is what she is. I don't have any huge expectations or anything, from her!

Her putting is exceptional. She is 7th in the LPGA putting average list. Actually there are lots of theories around this. During olympics, one of the commentator said that she can easily do some weight training that and gain some distance but it has been seen that such training affect the short game with muscle strength change. So it is not an easy decision.

I wonder if she needs a professional coach. I think her dad is her coach.

Aditi did well after above comments and scored a bogey free 65 in round 3.
Needs another 65-66 on Sunday to finish top 10.

I think she is at the final hole, and right now she is right at T10... Hmmm...

And there it is! Birdies the 18th hole for a 64 today, and a -13 finish!! Moves up to 7th. How about that?

Terrific round of golf under pressure by Aditi today. :notworthy:
Asked for 65-66 and she did even better by carding 64.
Secures her full LPGA card for 2022 as she will surely finish inside top 80. Many players are yet to complete the round but she should finish around 75-76 and more importantly inside Top 80.
She kept her best for the final 2 rounds of the Tour this year.
Unfortunately, no events next week to capitalise on this form.
Next event could be the final European tour event the week after.
Well done Aditi and look forward to seeing you in contention on Sunday’s in 2022.

Addition currently tied 8! Two players tied at 8th are at 17th and 18th hole. So she could up being T10 when dust settles

@Prem, would that be sufficient for her to make top 80?

Currently T9! Worst case scenario T10 , there is a player j kupcho, at 11 under with threeholes to go can overtake Aditi if she birdies all three holes.

Finished T6th
