Anirban's dismal recent run continues with a 75-73 and another missed cut, and zero ranking points from 4 out of the last 5 tournaments.

2 double bogies in the last 4 holes and another missed cut for Anirban. The slide continues.

Re: Anirban Lahiri - PB WR #33 (28-Mar-15), India #1
Looks like Anirban has lost his magic temporarily.
I am he will bounce back soon after a few bad tournaments (from his high standards).
Actually he finished off very well yesterday. In his back 9 (the course front 9) he had NO bogeys and 2 birdies.
So looks like he is working hard to get his game back.
A good end should boost his confidence for next week's Memorial tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club, where there is a high quality field. Anirban got in due to his President's Cup participation!!
Hope to see him do well in next week's big tournament.

Anirban with a welcome return to form with an impressive 7 under on the final day. He should finish comfortably in the top 10, possibly even top 5.

And Anirban finishes a career best T2
Moves to 44th in the fedex rankings and I think 62 in the WR which will mean that he will just miss out on the US open. Probably needed to finish 2nd alone for that.

Terrific result for Anirban ... He produced day's best round of 7 under to finish his career best 2nd position on PGA tour ... He had an unblemished final round with 7 birdies.

Superb finish on Sunday by Anirban.
The course was playing tough and I doubt anyone else had a bogey free round.
Definitely the highest pay check day for Lahiri. Should move him to around 63 in world rankings.
Unfortunately, the top 60 get to play the US Open next week and he has withdrawn last week from the Monday qualifier (played today at many venues in US), which offers numerous spots.
So it's a 2 week break before Anirban comes back.
Good news is that he has secured his card for next year and he can now relax without having the pressure of playing for the card. Hope he continues this form going forward.

Terrible 3 over with a bogey and a double in the last three holes.
He needs to go 4 under imo tomorrow to make the cut. Tough.

Superb comeback for Anirban Lahiri in the second round. He hit a bogey free 7 under par round with 5 birdies and an eagle. He is currently T13 with a score of 4 under par.

That's unbelievable from Anirban.
One bad round done for the tournament in day one.
Hope for 2 more good rounds now...
He didn't miss any putts today from close and made some long putts. Putting was the key in todays round.

Wow! What a comeback.... He had a similar set of rounds couple of weeks ago at the Memorial...
Fantastic putting by Anirban today, the only putt that comes closest to being missed was on #7 (16th of the day) when he missed a 9-footer...
