Re: Mtce updates to site
Dhruv - Good to see you back. While we are at it, can we have sameer (if he is willing) as a moderator? Probably the most no-nonsense poster in the forums. Especially with Jaydeep on a long sabbatical, we can use one more moderator. Hope my fellow moderators and the posters would agree (of course, if I felt that anybody in the forum would object, I would have PM'ed you!).
Re: Mtce updates to site
Echoing what Sameer wrote above.sameerph wrote:No issues for me too at least since last 1 week.
Dhruv - Thanks for all the great work in keeping this forum going. Just repeating my old complaint that some of the topics do not appear while one uses the option - " View active topics " particalularly threads in Sania Mirza Subforum. See if something can be done for that.
No website issues.
thanks Dhruv for maintaining this site.
some of the sub forums do not get picked up by the "Active topics" link. (Sania Mirza fan forum).

Dhruv,
Suggestions for the home page:http://www.sports-india.com/
1. Please remove the "Latest News section" The first two posts I see there are completely irrelevant to what Sports-India forum is all about. Here is what we see now:
2. Please remove the two Polls that are on the home page - they are 4 years old!!
Thanks!

If you insist on having something there, please show the "Active topics" that comes up when you click on: search.php?search_id=active_topicsLoughborough University to hold counseling sessions in India

Re: Mtce updates to site
I've been in India for two weeks and I'm not sure if it's my internet access or my chromebook, but I have connectivity issues multiple times a day. Are others having similar issues?

Re: Mtce updates to site
I did not have issues at least in last few days, in fact since Dhruv made those changes as posted above.

Re: Mtce updates to site
I continue to have this issue, when accessing from my mobile. Any resolutions?
Re: Mtce updates to site
Too many replies I guess broke the backend. I normally keep checking if the site is running. Didn't check if the posting was working. Oops. Sorry.
