It was a good day today. A larger drop than I expected, despite higher numbers from Assam and Chattisgarh (on better testing, so no complaint). Thanks to Assam and Jharkhand doing some 80K and 40K extra tests, our total test count reported by the states were pretty high for a Monday, at around 1190K tests... We will skip the bad area analysis as the state numbers can't be compared, with many states reporting reduced Sunday tests and ASM, CHG, JH, etc reporting much higher Monday tests.

Kerala is the story, as usual. What can I say? Every state that we complained about for the past month about poor testing is showing bad growth rate. The others like Jharkhand that tested well at the same time when the growth started, hardly got into the list and have flattened the curve. Rajasthan is the only exception but they are just having a mild second wave growing at just 2.1% rate and sorta happened to fall into the bad list.
