Will we have a second peak in the daily number of cases? If yes, when will it appear? Will this peak be greater than the first peak?
We may flatten to some 45K to 55K (7 day average, which is at 63K now) in the next 3-4 weeks and then could rise again due to the festival season and all that, but I don't know if we will go back up to 80Ks and 90Ks again. I seriously doubt it. But if UP, Bihar, MP let things go out of hand, we certainly can get 10K to 20K each from those states and have serious rises. Cases per population are not that high in some of those states. But not much capacity in Maharashtra, Karnataka, AP, TN, etc for any serious second growth.

^^ I was right and wrong above... We did flatten to a 45K range for 2 to 3 weeks, at just about the time I predicted above, due to festivals (well, all of us predicted the festival season effect!)... But I thought we might rise after that, but we didn't... We started dropping again from late November and have kept dropping now for a month now, down to +26K seven-day average now.
