Dipika did win her second national title beating Joshana in the final -

Dipika Pallikal ends squash senior nationals boycott, wins second title

I have always thought Dipika as more talented player but currently Joshana is ranked much higher in the world rankings. So, the win was a bit of surprise.

For a brief moment, I was wondering who this Dipika Karthik was.

:Offtopic: I am not a huge fan of women, especially those with careers, changing their names once they get married. I also think it is none of my business and accept what others do.

Totally agree. I don't know when the world will stop this name change business, and also last names being after the dad's family name. Totally wrong. We gave my son my last name and my daughter my wife's last name, actually.

But Dipika seems to have changed her name at the twitter page and I believe the official results are coming in with "Karthik" in it. So I changed the thread title.
