Joshana started with straight games win over her Egyptian opponent Shahin ... Next she is facing top-8 Egyptian player, Omneya Abdel Kawy, for place in the quarters.

I was expecting more fighting performance or upset win from Joshana ... But Kawy played important points better than Joshana for straight games win.

Joshana started with a win ... Against Heba after losing the first game she made excellent comeback for winning next three games ... Next she is facing WR #2 Britisher Laura Massaro.

Joshana survives Tensi marathon test for entering into the final ... She won her match in four games but match was going for 73 minutes ... After winning first 2 games Joshana faced stiff challenge from Tensi but Joshana recovered in 4th game for completing victory ... In the final she is facing experienced top-seed Annie Au.
