Not sure where to post this but at the recent World Junior Squash Championships, 14 year old Anahat Singh was the only Indian reaching the QF before losing against 3/4 seeded Fayrouz Abouelkheir of Egypt. She is the first 14-year-old to progress to the quarter-final since Marina Stefanoni in 2017. Egypt>>England and Malaysia continue to have awesome representation here. Pakistan had 2 boys seeded 1/2, of which top seeded Hamza Khan has made it to the SF.

Same story repeats in all sports for India. We seem to pretty much mentally accept a loss before the game even starts.

Crashing in semis is better than not qualifying for semis at all.
