It seems Ramit is going through a purple patch in this ongoing CCI International ... After his first-round upset win over top-50 player Ramit created huge upset beating top-20 experienced Spanish player, Borja Golan ... He started winning the first game but Borja fought back for winning next two ... After 1-2 down Ramit kept fighting and won the fourth game comfortably ... In the final game, both players were neck to neck but Ramit kept his nerve on big points for winning the match ... Next, he is playing Swiss player, Nicolas Müller.

Saurav also reached into the semis beating Makin in four games ... Next, he is facing Omar Mosaad, who scored a comeback win over Harry ... Harry won the first 2 games but after that Omar made a strong comeback for winning next three games.

Saurav continued with his recent terrific form ... He defeated former WR #3 Omar Mosaad in four games ... After losing the first game he made a strong comeback for winning next game ... Omar tried hard in the third and the fourth but Saurav won both games playing solid on important points ... In the final, he is facing Müller, who defeated Ramit.

Ramit was tired after playing the long match against Golan and Müller took full advantage of it after beating him in the straight games.

I expected a better result from Saurav with his recent form but he lost in the straight games against British qualifier ... Harry qualified for the main draw with back to back upset wins over higher ranked Egyptian players and in the main draw he took WR #9 Paul Coll to four games.

[Q2] Harinder Pal Singh Sandhu (IND,69) bt Youssef Soliman (EGY,56) 11-8, 11-8, 3-11, 11-5 (59m)

[R1] (Q) Harinder Pal Singh Sandhu (IND,69) l Paul Coll (NZL,9) 11-9, 3-11, 5-11, 1-11 (44m)
[R1] Saurav Ghosal (IND,21) l (Q) Declan James (ENG,35) 9-11, 6-11,9-11 (49m)

This loss will hurt Saurav's recent efforts to improve his ranking. Every loss counts.
