Divij/Rohan Doubles Pairing Thread
https://www.thehindu.com/sport/tennis/b ... 674023.ece
Great news for Divij. Glad to see his efforts rewarded with a regular pairing. Rohan might not be the player in his prime but he is still a formidable player and I am excited to see how the guys get on. Great to see the birth of an Indian pairing again.

Re: Divij/Rohan Doubles Pairing Thread
This is exciting news, and the perfect decision for both players. Clearly the Davis Cup was a significant factor in the decision to get together permanently.

Re: Divij/Rohan Doubles Pairing Thread
Yes, that is great news. Having a similar ranking now must have helped them make that decision to pair together.
Now, we can be quite hoepful that we can get that doubles point in davis cup tie against Italy as Rohan-Divij would have played at least 3 tournaments together by that time.

And both Rohan and Divij consider grass their best surface. Clearly, it is RamK’s best too, and Prajnesh has defeated Denis Shapovalov on grass. So we have picked well.

Re: Divij/Rohan Doubles Pairing Thread
Rohan/Divij had a dismal outing at the Australian Open losing in the first round to PCB/GGL. They are off to Bulgaria next on the ATP tour to play the Sofia Open after the Davis Cup qualifiers against Italy.

That didn't last long. Can't even say they gave it a good go. Disappointing.

Re: Divij/Rohan Doubles Pairing Thread
Yes, looks like they gave up too early. Just 7 tournaments together. Not enough to judge if the pair can get going.
